Our leadership development programmes, the Introduction to Leadership course and the Women’s Leadership Academy, build women’s capability to dream freely and pursue leadership positions, whilst pushing up against gender stereotypes and societal biases.
We offer two mentorship programmes: the Global Mentorship Programme and tailored mentorship programmes through paid-partnership agreements. Partner with us to bring our regional expertise and global network to your organisation.
Our Income Sharing Agreements (ISA) Programme eliminates the financial barrier many women face by providing accessible, customisable, and flexible stop-gap financing to women who want to pursue further education or skills development.
We know that meaningful change is a collective effort, and that leadership development is an ongoing commitment.
Once part of our community, women leaders have life-long access to opportunities and networks at Wedu – ensuring support at any stage of their leadership journey.
Over the past 12 years we have developed a suite of complementary solutions that enable women leaders in South and Southeast Asia to access Social, Financial, Decisional and Dream capital, in order to thrive.
By supporting women in building their skills and capital we are directly addressing Sustainable Development Goals: 3 Good Health and Well-being, 4 Quality Education, 5 Gender Equality, and 8 Decent Work and Economic Growth.
As a Non-Profit Organisation we rely on funding from diverse sources and allies. Your contribution allows us to continue to provide leadership development opportunities to thousands of women across South and Southeast Asia.
